Had some freedom here to make this one fun and girly and I took advantage of that. The birthday girl really wanted topsy turvy, so I gave it my best go, and I really liked the results. Cake is chocolate fudge with chocolate cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting, with marshmallow fondant accents.
