Zebra Stripes and Baby Sandal Baby Shower Cake

Fun little baby shower cake! I found a template online for the sandals but my printer was out of ink, so I ended up drawing it. Think they turned out pretty cute, anyway. :-)
The cake is vanilla with vanilla creme filling and buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant.

Spunky Zebra Vans BirthdayCake

This was a very spunky cake for a very spunky girl! She wanted zebras with fans and skateboarding! All combined to make for a very fun birthday cake.
The cake is chocolate with chocolate mousse filling, buttercream icing, and marshmallow fondant accidents. The vans are rice crispy treat covered with buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant. The shoes have hand painted stripes.

Zebra Striped Good Luck Cake

Saying good-bye ain't easy, right? Ok, well, sometimes it is but we don't need to mention THOSE situations here. (Let's save them and discuss over coffee, heh heh). Said "so long" to a boss/co-worker/friend today with this fun cake. We're both traveling some uncharted territory right now so I thought we'd take a trip on the wild side with zebra stripes, which are ALWAYS fun (if not always appropriate)! Added some bright flowers and turquoise trim and VOILA! Exciting exterior masks a boring cake: plain vanilla with buttercream frosting. That's how she likes 'em, apparently. But she did LOVE the look. Best wishes, Brandie, and may your future be bright, with a side of WILD. ;-)

Chic 1D (One Dimension) Sweet Sixteen Cake

Wild and chic at the same time, had fun with this SweetSixteen Cake. Combined sweet, simple hearts with sassy zebra stripes to complement the 1D logo on top, for a birthday cake any teen girl would enjoy. Red velvet cake and white chocolate cream cheese filling, buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents.

Pink and Green Zebra Fashionista Birthday Cake

Love love love all my nieces and nephews, and so it makes it a lot of fun to get to make their special cakes for them. The best part is that they usually just give me the theme and general color scheme and let me play with my creativity to make the "cake creation." While I usually have a general direction, I never know exactly how the finished product will look.
For this cake, Gracie wanted zebra stripes, with the main colors pink and green. Here's how it turned out:

Hot Pink and Zebra Striped Diva Graduation Cake

Diva graduation cake for my BFF Annella!  Congrats to her on a job well done. Cake was chocolate with chocolate fudge filling, buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents, and some sugar pearls. Annella's nephew Elijah asked "Why is there a feather on that cake?" Well, it's obvious isn't it? Ordinary cakes don't have feathers, but this was a special cake made for a special lady, his Aunt Annella. She earned a "feather in her cap (cake)" and then some. I also made some monogrammed vanilla cupcakes to go with it, and glad I did, as they all disappeared, along with the cake! :-)

Zebra Striped Birthday Cake

I made this for a friend of mine, whose daughter was turning 6. She had the CUTEST party decor and treats to match this cake. Can we say, "PINTERET"? LOL So much fun for the birthday girl and her little guests I'm sure! This cake is chocolate AND vanilla zebra striped inside and out. Buttercream frosting with marshmallow fondant accents and french vanilla creme filling.

BRIGHT Pink and Green Zebra Birthday Cake

The birthday girl wanted hot pink zebra, lime green zebra, and traditional zebra . . . but I only had time for 2 tiers, so I chose to make the giant "11" out of rice krispie treat and use the traditional zebra there . . .   chocolate and vanilla "zebra striped" cake, buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents. A very "wild" cake but I think the birthday girl loved it, and so did I!
