All-American Basketball Cake

Destiny's All-American basketball cake! Vanilla with vanilla crème filling and buttercream icing. 😉 The figure is handmade from marshmallow fondant/gum paste, and the basketball is rice krispie treat covered with buttercream and marshmallow fondant. The cake does not do the basketball player justice, she is AMAZING. 😊 It was fun to celebrate her, though,with a fun little cake.

PINK Sports Medicine 18th Birthday Cake

18th birthday cake! Basketball player, who likes football too and is planning on studying sports medicine, and whose favorite color is, you guessed it, PINK! Chocolate on top, vanilla on bottom, with vanilla creme filling. Buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents, all hand formed.

Basketball Birthday

This is a two tiered cake, 9" french vanilla 2 layer with vanilla creme filling and 6" carrot cake with marshmallow cream cheese filling. Both are covered with buttercream frosting. The basketball on top is made from rice krispy treat covered with buttercream and then marshmallow fondant.

Retro Eighteenth Birthday

This is a fun cake I did for a fun loving 18 year old. He wanted bright retro colors, and he wanted it to be about him. So I put him on the cake, with his shades, shorts and tennies, and added a soccer ball, basketball and some books. Lots more to this guy, but could never fit it all on one cake! 3 tiers, all chocolate fudge with chocolate fudge filling. Buttercream frosting with fondant accents.
