Golf Benefit Cake
Another year, another Fosdick. We've enjoyed playing in this golf tournament the last few years in New Meadows, Idaho. It's a great fundraiser, for a great little community.

The cake is 11"X15", 2 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate creme filling. All buttercream frosting. The logo is freehand, buttercream also.

Benefit "Fosdick" Cake
Went to a golf scramble this weekend, a fundraiser for New Meadows, ID. Had a great time. For the dinner, we all brought desserts to share, and my contribution was this chocolate cake covered with buttercream frosting, filled with vanilla creme filling. The Fosdick Benefit logo, piped by hand, was done using a photo on my iPhone as a guide. Was kind of funny because they meant to auction the cake, but someone cut into it before they could, lol!

"Driving the Green" 18th Birthday Golf Cake
This special cake was requested by an aunt for her much loved nephew. She wanted to include his truck and golf, two of his favorite things. Chocolate cake with French vanilla creme filling and buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant accents. Quote on the front says: There's more than one way to drive the green.View from top:By the sand trap: The #1 thing about trouble . . . Is don't get into more."On the back: In golf, as in life, it is the follow through that makes the difference.By the water hazard: Of all the hazards, fear is the worst.

Golf/Birthday/4th of July cake
How do you combine a birthday with a love of golf with the 4th of July? With this cake, that's how! This is a 3 tier, buttercream cake with fondant accents. The top and bottom tiers are chocolate, the middle tier is french vanilla. The coordinating cupcakes are chocolate, as well.
