It's 2 layers of vanilla cake with french vanilla creme filling and buttercream frosting, all freehand. There are little sugar pearls on the cross. It had a lot of meaning to me, as both the boys have been in my "kids club" class at church, so I was more than happy to get to make their cake for them. I hope it made their day even more celebratory! They were baptized on Easter Sunday, so it was a beautiful day indeed!
