Escape to Cake Mountain!
A Mountain of a cake! This is a 3 tiered cake, with the tiers slightly offset. Buttercream frosting with Fondant accents.

Dinosaur Birthday
Dinosaur 11 X 15 Sheet Cake, half Vanilla and half Chocolate, freehanded entirely in buttercream frosting.

Kung Fu Panda
I made two separate cakes for Jesse's 9th birthday, two separate parties calls for it. Both are yellow cakes with chocolate frosting. The Chinese writing is supposed to say "Happy Birthday."

Baby Shower Quilt Cake
Obviously a baby shower cake (at least I hope it's obvious, ha ha!). All buttercream.
This is an 11 x 15 cake, half chocolate and half vanilla.

Pink Flip Flops Cake
My very first fondant cake creation! These are definitely not perfect but I LOVED making them! It is a two layer cake, cut into the flip flop shapes. There's a layer of buttercream frosting underneath the fondant.

Care Bear Cake
This was one of my favorite cakes, after I started getting more serious about the decorating. It is buttercream frosting, with fondant accents (the stars and rainbow) and the Care Bear figures are toys, except the one on the top middle, which is a candle. The little hearts are candies.

Summer Fun Cakes!
A couple of cakes I did for my niece's summer party . . . I think I was still using the antique tools, here! Very amateurish but at the time I thought they were cute. I would do a couple of things differently now . . .

Simple Blue and White cake with paper decorations
This is a 2 layer chocolate cake, with buttercream frosting. "The Big 30" and coordinating flowers were cut from designer scrapbook paper. The green taffy was an addition by my adorable niece who wanted to 'help' decorate this cake for her mommy. :~)
Boise State Birthdays
These are the first Boise State cakes I made . . . We haven't found anyone who makes Boise State cakes in the area, so I make them for our family and friends, when requested. They are trademarked, so I do not sell them. I got a little more creative the more I did, and if you'd like to see my newer BSU Broncos cakes, you can CLICK HERE. Thanks for looking!

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo!
This choo choo train is one of my earlier creations. It was cut from a sheet cake, then decorated with buttercream frosting, candies and cookies. My sons loved it!
