This is a two tiered square cake, 6" and 12" tiers. It is chocolate fudge with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. The boy and guitar are marshmallow fondant.

Holstein Cow Birthday Cake

Happy Birthday to my sons' girlfriend! This is a two tiered vanilla cake with vanilla creme filling and all buttercream frosting. Funny, but she really likes cows. The "brand" on the side was an idea from a good friend of mine and I think it looks so cute on the cake.

A very simple 2 layer chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. My original design . . . would have liked to spend a little more time on the printing but I do like how the mountains and sun turned out. :~)

Fireworks Birthday Cake

This is a french vanilla 11x15 cake with vanilla creme filling and all buttercream frosting. Birthday boy's mom was already decorating in red, white, and blue so this fit right in.

Daisy Birthday Cake

Just a little two layer french vanilla cake with custard filling and buttercream frosting. The daisies are all marshmallow fondant with buttercream centers.

Fondant Skateboard Boy (Cake Topper)

I made this cute little skateboard figure for a friend of mine, who needed it for her son's birthday cake. The base of the figure is wire, which I wired through 2 small holes drilled in the toy skateboard and wrapped around the wheel assemblies. Then just covered him up with marshmallow fondant! Had to be careful, as fondant is HEAVY and I wanted him to stand up, so balance was key.

Jungle Birthday Cake featuring the Tiger

Jesse's birthday cake this year. :o) Can't believe he is 11! I really wanted to cheat (to save time) and use fake animals but he was disappointed by that idea (guilt card) so I made them from marshmallow fondant. The cake is two tiered, triple chocolate with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. The 11 party boys seemed to really enjoy it!

Sunflower Cupcakes

Sunflower cupcakes for my sweet friend Sherry's daughter, Ashley. They were her idea, not mine, but I think they turned out nicely. :o) Triple chocolate cupcakes, buttercream frosting with an oreo center and the little ladybugs are m&m's!

WIne Bottle Golden Anniversary Cake

This is an 11x15 two layer french vanilla cake with vanilla creme filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. The wine bottle is rice krispy treat covered with buttercream and marshmallow fondant. The grapes and tag are also marshmallow fondant. The packing "shavings" are grated candy bark.The wine label and bottle top are brushed with gold lustre powder.

Basketball Birthday

This is a two tiered cake, 9" french vanilla 2 layer with vanilla creme filling and 6" carrot cake with marshmallow cream cheese filling. Both are covered with buttercream frosting. The basketball on top is made from rice krispy treat covered with buttercream and then marshmallow fondant.

Group Graduation Cake

This cake was for a group of 7 graduates . . . it's actually 2 11"x15" cakes side by side. One side is french vanilla with vanilla creme filling and the other is chocolate fudge with chocolate mousse filling. Buttercream frosting and fondant accents. The book and cap are made from rice kripsy treats covered with marshmallow fondant.

Lady Bug Mother's Day Cake

A simple basket cake covered with tiny white flowers and their accompanying ladybug friends. This is a 2 layer french vanilla cake with vanilla creme filling and all buttercream frosting.

Pirate Ship Thank You Cake

Made this 11 x 15 2 layer vanilla cake with chocolate cream cheese pudding filling and buttercream frosting for Pathways Middle school teacher appreciation day. I hope they "appreciated" their cake and that it tasted great for them, as they deserve it. :o) Free-handed the pirate boat and scene.
