Beautiful Barbie Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful niece, Addy! Made her my first ever Barbie cake. :) Was a lot of fun! The dress is completely edible, about 2/3 chocolate cake and 1/3 rice krispy treat (around the midriff). The bodice is marshmallow fondant, and the rest of the icing is buttercream. Bottom layer is also chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and buttercream. In addition to having fun with the cake design, this time I got to play fashion designer and hair dresser too, ha ha! (Although I must admit, Barbie and I had some serious words over that hair, nearly came to blows.)
